- Our service providers and partners that help us operate the business.
2. How we use information
- To provide quotes, schedule appointments, perform repairs and replacements, and follow up on completed work.
- To communicate with you by text, email, phone, and chat about your request, appointment, service, payment, or membership.
- To process payments and send invoices, receipts, and payment links.
- To administer programs you join, including the Windshield Protection Plan and its waitlist.
- To send offers, coupons, and promotions, and to ask for reviews, where you have agreed or where the law allows.

3. Text messaging and mobile information
Program: Magic City Auto Glass Text Messaging, operated by Magic City Auto Glass, LLC.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival and service updates, payment links and receipts, follow-up and review requests, offers and coupons, and programs you ask about, such as the Windshield Protection Plan.
How you opt in
- By submitting a form on our website, a landing page, or an ad (such as a quote, coupon, waitlist, or enrollment form) and checking or acknowledging the text messaging consent statement.
- By sending us a text message first, in which case we may reply in that conversation.
- By giving verbal or written consent to our team when you call or book service.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Frequency, cost, opting out, and help
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time (you can also use STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT). We will send one final message confirming your opt-out. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop messages about a service or appointment you requested unless you tell us you want those stopped too.
- Help: Reply HELP, call (205) 984-1985, or email [email protected].
- Delivery: Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or blocked by your carrier or device settings. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please tell us if your phone number changes.
- Automated and AI-assisted messages: Some texts may be sent automatically or written with AI assistance. See Section 7.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with our service providers only as needed to deliver our messages and operate our business, and those providers may not use it for their own marketing.
4. Email
We may send you service emails and, where permitted, marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send messages about your appointment, payment, or membership.
5. Phone calls and call tracking
We use call tracking to understand which advertising and website sources lead to phone calls. Calls to us may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and record-keeping. By continuing a call after any notice we provide, you consent to this. You can ask us not to record by telling us at the start of the call, and we will do our best to honor your request.
6. Cookies, pixels, and tracking
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, and similar technologies to keep the Website working, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising. This includes tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, pages viewed, and actions you take, including form submissions, and may share it with the advertising platform so ads can be measured and shown to you or similar audiences.
Your choices:
- Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the Website may not work without them.
- Use the ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts to limit personalized advertising.
- Use industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
- Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not consistently recognized across the web. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
7. Artificial intelligence and automated tools
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to help run our business. For example, a virtual assistant, chat tool, or automated text or email may answer questions, collect quote details, schedule appointments, send reminders, or follow up with you. AI tools may also help us organize messages, draft replies, summarize calls, or analyze photos and information you send us for estimating purposes.
- Some replies you receive may be generated or assisted by AI. You can ask to speak with a person at any time by calling (205) 984-1985.
- AI-generated responses may contain errors. Quotes and information from automated tools are estimates and are confirmed by our team and subject to inspection.
- Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank details, or full payment card numbers in chats, texts, or emails.
- We do not allow our AI service providers to use your personal information to market their own products. We use AI to support our team, not to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
8. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as providers for website hosting, customer communication, text and email delivery, scheduling, payment processing, analytics, document and signature tools, and AI-assisted tools. They may use information only to perform services for us.
- Technicians and subcontractors who perform your repair or replacement, who receive the details needed to do the work.
- Advertising and analytics platforms through cookies, pixels, and lead forms, as described in Section 6. Under some state laws this may be considered "sharing" for advertising. You can opt out as described in Section 12.
- Insurance companies or claim processors, when you ask us to help with a claim.
- Legal and safety reasons, such as responding to lawful requests, enforcing our terms, or protecting rights and safety.
- Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, sale, or reorganization.
As stated in Section 3, mobile information and text opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Payments
Payments are handled through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card number on our systems. The processor's own privacy policy applies to the information you give it.
10. Windshield Protection Plan
If you join the waitlist or enroll in the Windshield Protection Plan, we collect and use your contact details, vehicle and VIN information, enrollment and billing information, and repair history to administer your membership, determine eligibility, and bill you. Program rules are described in the separate Windshield Protection Plan Terms and Conditions that you review at enrollment.
11. Data retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to stop marketing messages, or to opt out of advertising "sharing." Depending on where you live, including California and other states with privacy laws, you may also have the right to know what we collect, request a copy, and not be treated unfairly for using your rights.
- To opt out of texts, reply STOP. To opt out of marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link.
- To make any other request, email [email protected] or call (205) 984-1985. We may need to verify your identity before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission.
- We will respond within the time required by law. Some information must be kept for legal or record-keeping reasons.
13. Children's privacy
The Website and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Third-party links
The Website may link to other sites, including advertising, review, and payment platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where required we will notify you directly.
